Our coed Track and Field program offers students a dynamic and inclusive environment to develop their athletic skills across various disciplines. Whether sprinting, distance running, jumping, or throwing, participants of all skill levels are encouraged to challenge themselves, build endurance, and improve technique. Guided by experienced coaches, students not only enhance their physical fitness but also learn the importance of teamwork, perseverance, and sportsmanship. With regular meets and competitions, athletes have opportunities to showcase their talents and set personal and team records, all while fostering school spirit and camaraderie.
