Curriculum overview
Primary School Grade 1 - 5
The primary school is reputed as one of the most hands-on learning experiences in the western province, with an integrated educational curriculum which fosters intangible skills such as leadership, public speaking, critical thinking, and independent learning at a young age. Highlands College integrates the adoption of English Medium curriculum from grade 01, alongside the inclusion of ICT as a separate subject from Grade 01 as well.


Middle School Grade 6 – 8
We offer a curated educational experience with our own textbooks designed to foster practical skills to better prepare our students for their future professional careers and bridge the gap between the learning experience from middle school to upper school.
Ordinary Level - Local Examination Grade 9 – 11
We offer a curated educational experience with our own textbooks designed to foster practical skills to better prepare our students for their future professional careers and bridge the gap between the learning experience from middle school to upper school.


Advanced Level – Local Examination Grade 12 – 13
We offer commerce, mathematics, arts, and ICT fields to suit the needs of our student body and foster equality of education. Students are able to take part in national level extra-curricular activities whilst learning through the local educational curriculum.
